CCAR strives to be the source of and for ‘everything real estate’ for the Contra Costa REALTOR®. As such, we will email two magazines per month  – on the 1st and 15th of each month – to our members with fresh, timely content that responds to and reflects changes in the real estate industry. CCARlive is a blend of both eBulletins and the CCARtoday magazine that you have become familiar with.

CCARlive will include compelling video; facts and statistics; resources for success, including information and links for in-depth articles, downloadable brochures, and more information from C.A.R. and NAR; videoclips from mainstream media; plus links to articles from prominent, respected news sources; and a view to forthcoming classes, with links for easy registration.

Our first edition will publish on April 1, 2009. This electronic publication will replace the current magazine that has been previously mailed to you. Doing so allows CCAR to bring you more timely information in a format that you can readily reuse, archive, and pass on, and is eco friendly. (If you truly desire to print the magazine, it will seamlessly print in pdf format.)
