We are saddened to announce the death of Cesar Fajardo of Security Pacific Real Estate. He passed away suddenly, Sunday, August 15th. In Memoriam: Katy Van Laanen
Last Friday our beautiful friend and Alain Pinel associate Katy Van Laanen gave up her seven year battle with cancer. Katy showed us all in this last seven years what courage, determination and love truly are. She will be greatly missed but we will never forget how beautifully she lived her life. She is survived by her loving husband, Todd Van Laanan and her minor children Luke and Juliana and a large and loving family.
Services: Wednesday, May 5 at St. Joseph Cemetery, Pinole. Visitation, 4-8pm; Vigil Service, 7pm.
Funeral Mass: Thursday, May 6,2010 at 10:30am St. John Vianney Catholic Church, Walnut Creek.

Thea W. Archuletta passed away on 3/04/10. She was most recently with Rossmoor Realty since 2004.
Services are 11:30 AM, Monday, March 15th, Queen of Heaven Cemetery, 1965 Reliez Valley, Lafayette. (Hull’s Chapel 934-5400). Reception following at their home, 1425 Emmons Canyon Drive, Alamo, 94507.

In Memoriam: Francesca Beckett
It is is with great sadness that I inform you that one of our agent’s, Francesca Beckett, mls #159500740, died on December 13, 2009. She was a Realtor for 17 years starting with Mason McDuffie in 1992 and continuing with that company after it became Prudential CA Realty. She moved over to Windermere Bay Area Properties when that firm opened in 2007. She was 62 years old and a resident of Orinda.
Memorial services were held last Saturday, December 19, 2009.
The chapel at Hull Mortuary was filled to overflowing by her many friends and family. Several of her real estate colleagues, as well as family and close friends, spoke of some of their fond memories of Francesca.
Francesca is survived by her husband of 39 years, Steven Beckett, an independent Broker in Orinda and their adult son, Adam, also of Orinda.
Memorial Service for Paul White
It is with deep regret that CCAR informs you that Paul White; long time member, leader, and friend to so many of us, passed away at 10:30am on September 21st, 2009.
Services for Paul will be held on Friday, Oct. 2, at 2:00PM at the San Ramon Valley United Methodist Church, 902 Danville Blvd., Alamo, CA 94507.
